Within the framework of the Advanced European Management week organised by Euskalit, the CII Bilbao Metropoli-30 Workshop has been held on 3 November 2014 under the heading “Study on transversal skills for professional excellence in Biscay”, with a speech by María Jesús Luengo.
The symposium is being held at the Elkano University College of Business Studies.
The study has been designed to identify the key mainstream competencies that will enable professionals across the board in Bizkaia to achieve excellence in the workplace, regardless of the industry in which they are employed. This analysis has revealed the skills, attitudes and values required for driving the transformation process of 21st century organisations and establishing the training and learning requirements needed to ensure those professionals can generate innovation.
The study has been conducted by the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), in collaboration with the ten professional colleges that are members of the BasquePRO Elkargoak professional network.
