The Association Bilbao Metropoli-30 organized a new edition of the International Seminar “Metropolis of the future”, which was held on Wednesday, March 16, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in Sala BBK. The Seminar addressed international initiatives linked to global urban challenges.
The event was opened by the Mayors of Bilbao and Bordeaux, Juan María Aburto and Pierre Hurmic, in a round table discussion. Then, there were four debate sessions, each of them with count with the participation of an entity associated to Bilbao Metropoli-30 and an international expert speaker, who jointly addressed various initiatives related to issues such as the circular economy, urban mobility, cultural tourism or the collective psychology of the city.
