The Carlton Hotel is to host the launch of the book “Memorias de 40 años de gestión. José Miguel Eizaguirre” [Memories of 40 years of management. José Miguel Eizaguirre], presided over by the General Manager of the Bilbao Bizkaia Waterboard – Consorcio de Aguas Bilbao Bizkaia, Ricardo Barkala, and the chairman of Bilbao Metropoli-30, José Antonio Garrido, as well as by the author himself, José Miguel Eizaguirre, the waterboard’s first general manager. The author uses his own experiences and sundry documents to recount the history of the Consorcio de Aguas Bilbao Bizkaia.
