Gangwon Provincial Government (South Korea)

The Association receives a delegation from the South Korean governmental association Gangwon Province Urban Regeneration.

The delegation is headed by Gangwon City’s team leader in matters of urban development. The delegates are visiting Bilbao to learn about the metropolitan area’s revitalisation process.
